Mr. Bo Wang has over 15 years of experience in the cross-border capital market between PRC and Hong Kong. Mr. Wang is a lawyer by training and has worked at King & Wood Mallesons (Shanghai) and DBS Bank (China). Mr. Wang held senior executive positions and board seats in a number of listed companies in Hong Kong, where he initiated and led the execution of several classic cross-border M&A, listing and restructuring projects. Mr. Wang received a bachelor of laws degree from Nanjing University of Finance & Economics, a master of laws degree from Nanjing University and a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University. Mr. Wang was appointed as a board director of Pok Oi Hospital, Hong Kong and received a citation from the government of Hong Kong S.A.R. He is licensed with the Securities and Futures Commission to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities in Hong Kong.

He is licensed with the Securities and Futures Commission as responsible officer to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising on securities), Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities in Hong Kong. He has extensive experience in financial due diligence, corporate finance transactions, fund management and structuring, corporate governance and compliance matters. Mr. Yim holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Hong Kong and a bachelor’s degree in laws from the University of London.

Ms. Irene Poon has over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing and corporate finance services. Ms. Poon obtained her bachelor’s degree in finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Ms Poon is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is licensed as a responsible officer by the Securities and Futures Commission for Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities in Hong Kong. Ms. Poon had worked in Ernst & Young and prior to joining BaoQiao Partners, she was the chief accounting officer and company secretary of a listed company in Hong Kong.

Mr. Desmond Lin has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He is licensed with the Securities and Futures Commission as responsible officer to carry out Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities in Hong Kong. Mr. Lin was previously a senior executive at Swiss Re, heading up private equity, strategic investments and principal investments, and M&As in Asia, and he served on the global investment committees for these activities. He also served on the boards of several insurance companies in Asia. Prior to that he was a senior professional at regional private equity funds. Mr. Lin started his finance career in 1998 with Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong. He has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, a master’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in Financial Markets & Trading, as well as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Association (CAIA) qualifications.
